One acre +/- with approximately 150 feet of frontage on N. Laburnum. The property will be created from a parcel to be subdivided from the property described as the listing address herein. This new parcel will be generally rectangular in shape, comprise 1 acre plus or minus, and be generally bordered on the west by 4704 Steeple LN, on the south by Steeple LN, on the east by N.
