Selecting a selling price: When pricing your property, an excellent Realtor will consider what an appraiser will take into consideration as no bank will lend money to a buyer for an over-priced property. To do this, an agent will look at recently sold properties that are similar in location, style, and condition to yours. Then, they will evaluate any special features your house holds and make adjustments accordingly and offer you an opinion in price. While it is always YOUR decision as the seller on what the list price will be, take advantage of the experience of your Realtor and their suggestions.
