Danny Hicks

Hello! I am Daniel Hicks, but you, and my friends, can call me "Danny." My background is in building, having worked in my family's construction business in Virginia Beach before moving to Richmond in 1997 to attend VCU, of which I am a graduate - Go Rams. I have been helping people buy and sell real estate throughout Central Virginia since 2006, and I am grateful to have been recognized as a Top Selling Agent for Weichert Realtors, Grand Heritage Homes, and RVA Home Team brokered by eXp Realty. As a real estate investor, I have a unique vantage point to better assist client needs from new construction to rental properties to renovations and everything in between. When not actively working, one will find me enjoying a good happy hour with friends, cooking, boating, and spending time with my wife, Megan.
